Kobo is taking pre-orders for the "Convergence" ebook! (just placed mine!)

Release date is May 2, 2017

P.S. Edited to add: Chapters/Indigo.ca and Amazon.ca also have "Convergence" print and ebook pre-order available so it's very likely other online book sources have this as well. :-)

Thanks for the heads-up!

Amazon.com also has it listed for pre-order.
They say the projected price is $26.00 US, but if the price falls between now and the ship date, the price will be automatically adjusted in the order. This has typically been the case, and the price is usually less than the projected price.

Mine's on order, too.

Pre-order is ~$13 US for the e-book from Amazon.com. They show the hardbound (in-print) as ~$25. So likely other e-book stores will have similar pricing. Given the longer size of a typical Foreigner novel, and (sigh) rising prices, that's not too unusual.

Good idea to pre-order now, but with a long while until it's due out, be sure you check back every month or so. I've had pre-orders slip through (get cancelled) due to missing email prompts to be sure you really still want a pre-order.

Looking forward to it.

I would also like to see something new that's not Foreigner from CJC.

BCS, how/where did you find (US) Amazon's page for pre-ordering Convergence? As of this morning, I don't find it listed either via a general search, or by looking on CJC's author page.

I too would like to see a non-Foreigner book occasionally...the next volume of Cyteen/Regenesis would be wonderful...many plot threads are left open at the end of Regenesis; nothing's really resolved, except "for the moment," so I'm sure there's a third novel in there somewhere. ;-)

@ Levant -- I went to Amazon.com, went to their Books / Kindle Books page, which narrows the search, and typed ( Cherryh Convergence ) and got the listing for Convergence for pre-order, showing either e-book or hardbound in-print formats, then clicked on the format I wanted to get the pricing, then pre-ordered.

Yes, Amazon is bad about not listing pre-orders on author pages; and yes, if you just search for Cherryh for her books, you may have to wade through the current and out-of-print books to get lucky and get to any pre-order books.

I wish there were an easier way to do that on Amazon.

I also really wish Amazon had a good way to list, say, _Series_Title_ : NN _Volume_Title_ or make that "Book X of Y" its own field, so finding which book it is in a series, on their pages or within the Kindle apps and devices, would be easy and standard. Foreigner is the only book series I know of that has Book X of Trilogy Y. But if a trilogy is considered like a season in a TV show, then _Series_Title_ : Season S : Episode EE or _Series_Title_ : S.EE would do it.

I also wish iTunes made series, seasons, and episodes easy to manage that way.

But hey, what do I know, I'm just a paying customer. LOL.

I won't pre-order just yet, but it's in my cart waiting for me. I need to sell more seeds and soap first lol.

The Convergence cover exists!

Bren, and I'm guessing Toby and Banichi. Crossing the ocean on a sailing craft. Is this the Mospheira story I've been waiting literally 15 years for? No plot details as yet.
