Can someone more knowledgable than me update me on which titles are the same. I understand it to be

Ealdwood - original short story?
Dreamstone - novel 1
Tree of swords and knowledge - novel 2
Dreaming tree - omnibus of 1 and 2
Arafel's saga - rename of above or with the short story as well
Is there an Ealdwood that is the novel omnibus as well?

Thanks

Donald Grant is the publisher, it's a 1981 edition. It includes artwork by David Cherry

According to the note in the DAW (#521) edition of The Dreamstone:

"Substantially different versions of portions of this book appeared as The Dreamstone in Amazons, DAW Books, 1979, and as Ealdwood, published by ... Grant, 1981."

Coming back to your original question Fox_ji,

The Dreamstone was the original novel
The Tree of Swords and Jewels was the sequel

The Dreaming Tree is the two books in an omnibus edition
Ealdwood is an alternative title reprinting of The Dreaming Tree,(may include illustration and ornament)

Arafels saga is The Dreaming Tree with an added short story

Hope that clarifies things :wiseguy

Thanks Mule:

On Librarything I've seperated out Arafel's Saga from The Dreaming Tree/Ealdwood, on that basis. There is no other indication on LT that Arafel's contains a bonus story.
